Verona food&wine Tour

This unique experience will show you how the locals live while learning about the city’s history and traditions.
The tour includes old eateries, historic Veronese wine bars, an ancient stable turned into a restaurant and an authentic pastificio, where “tortelli” are still shaped by hand.

Your Verona native food and wine expert will lead you through the city’s monuments and narrow historic streets, tasting typical Veronese dishes: classic cheeses, cold cuts, fresh bigoli pasta or other traditional main courses such as Amarone risotto, gnocchi, tortelli and other delights (according to the season).

You will enjoy these dishes paired with DOC wines from Soave, Lake Garda and Valpolicella.

Along the way you will stop for a proper wine tasting and wine lesson to learn about food and wine traditions coming from Roman times. You will taste 3 different DOC wines, and the “king of Italian wines”, AMARONE. All wines will be paired with local traditional food from The Dolomites and Lake Garda.

You will also be provided with a skip the line ticket for the cable railway to reach at your own pace Verona’s most romantic view.
